moonlighter 1,164
Most of my permission is with 1 hours drive, but I’ve traveled much further… not so much lamping, but day time work. Quote Link to post
SheepChaser 8,089
Normally five to ten mins but will do five or six hours if needed but under two much kinder on the way home! When I lived back where I grew up everything was hours away so you got used to it, now I’m lazy. 1 Quote Link to post

FUJI 17,327
I live in Cumbria..if you ain't prepared to travel 2-4 hours away you needn't keep a dog well not if you want to test it anyways, that's how it's been for 30 years now..barren of gear in the vast majority of places up here..200 mile plus nightly trips I done 4/5 nights weekly when I lived for the hours of darkness..I can never understand all this 'if only you were closer & it's too far away' sh##e,we live on a tiny island where you can go from north to south in less than a day in a car 12 3 Quote Link to post

dytkos 17,813
It's still a strange feeling every time lol. Keeping ok mate tbh, not too much to complain about but I still do. Got a 14 MTH old pup on and he's still very puppyish, pretty much retired my other 2 lurchers and the terrier so it's a bit of a lottery when I go out now but still enjoying it, mostly Cheers, D. 1 Quote Link to post
