Had mine, injections was a condition i had to make so that i could move to colchester and thats me done now, now then ive made friends here , we help one another should the occasion arise, i sometimes take a chap to colchester hospital , i think it was october i last took him, loads of anti vaxers outside the hospital , i put missen amongst covid plus owt else whats flying about , i take sensible precautions , but fek it im 77 i cant grumble if i wake up in the morning full of maggots

Something just occurred to me, I take it most NHS staff are in a union ?

Surely it’s simply a case of if they support their colleagues who don’t want a jab they all come out on strike if it’s mandated ? 
The government could not have the whole health service shut down, they would have to climb down wouldn’t they ?

I think you'd likely find that the majority are either indifferent or in agreement with this policy so Union action might be hard to achieve.

That said, the numbers mean that 80-100k NHS staff (about 10%) stand to be booted. If they stand their ground, then even alone, that sort of 'hurt' could be decisive to change policy. We're forever told that the NHS is on it's arse, I guess we'll find out if that's true...
