In bed all day yesterday and woke up at 3:30 again this morning , not as bad but still feeling like shit. I suspect food poisoning, maybe the Asda sausage rolls or the pork noodles I ate. Luckily I've got a good family support system, my brother is going to collect my dog food, my mates at the allotment will see to the poultry, and my missus will feed the dogs. hope it's just one of these 24/48 hour things !
