I'd recommend Timberbuild. Like one of the manufacturers already mentioned on here they can also supply bases which I prefer as it's easier to keep clean than concrete. 

Having said all that...mine now live indoors. I've kept the kennel as 'temporary housing.'

Benchmark kennels seem to be the name at the moment. But personally I did, and would still, go with a custom build.

Dog kennels direct for panels they were the cheapest I found and bought a 13x8shed and converted it

Thermal board kennels cools in the summer warm in the winter there prices havnt went up.
