Alsone 789
I found you another possibel contender Bernard. I stumbled across this by accident. I'm not an airgun person so can't comment beyond providing this review, which may or may not be impartial as I don't know the channel. However, how does a PCP Air Rifle in .25 Cal sound for less than £300 brand new? A review from someone who's channel I know and respect - Matt is a big name in the airgun world - (I haven't watched this one so could go either way): BTW it's also available in .177 and .22 if .25 doesn't float your boat. Sausagedog 7,381
I'll watch them later but I'm going off the idea. I wouldn't mind swapping the 22 for another 17. A lighter set up than mine at the moment. All I know is, I'm fed up with a 22. It's kind of no where for me. The 17 has completely over shadowed it. Instead of feeding it with ammo I could just buy more 17 ammo. 1 Quote Link to post
Alsone 789
Sub 12 the .17's going to be flatter and faster as smaller lighter pellet. As you already have an FAC, wouldn't rule out getting FAC air. It could be a game changer with the heavier larger calibres / heavier pellets. Sub 12 .20 is supposed to be a good performer. there is an issue in there isn't much choice in pellets as isn't as popular calibre as the traditional choices. I believe it offers the best of both worlds. However, my air knowledge is limited. Best asking technical questions in the air forum. Quote Link to post

My 22 air rifle though I am not fed up with. It was the pellets I chose on that day. It got me pondering a springer on ticket instead of my lr. I know you mean well. I don't want lose my slot by losing the 22. I don't want to back to CF either. I was tempted to get another wmr. My 22 is a cz457 so I guess I could get another barrel. In hmr or wmr and use it as a casual toting rig, it would be a more effective tool over lr. 1 Quote Link to post
