This is to protect against the likes of sab harassment which many landowners and hunters have to put up with.

Sorry mate but it would also affect my rights to wander were ever I want so I don’t see it as good, we have enough laws just limp waisted management that won’t enforce them, police are as useless as the majority of society and would rather give out fines to mums who’s baby’s drop a sweet wrapper, than spend a day wet and cold rounding up unruly crusty,s, sorry but that’s my view on it

Shooting them selves in the foot. Soon be moaning when people try stop them shooting which is in motion now. The guy that had his kennels ram raided implied it was coursers when really it would be some random dog thiefs

It seems the reason against the petition here is because you won't be free to be on someone else's property against the property owners will. Fair on lol. I wonder if you'd be happy for people to tresspass your home/ property against your will because your door was left open... I guess the 'buts' will soon follow that.

Funny how no one came out back in the day to complain and make a documentary about me having my tyres slashed by farmers and keepers, several good kickings while plod looked the other way or picking bird shot out my arse for a few weeks, it was just part of the game I played, the old fecker needs to pack some rock salt in his cartridges and go all Clint Eastwood, we all new were those keepers lived and stayed away

There is already enough laws of trespass. Just police will not enforce. And I know as have had enough arguments with sabs

No mate, it’s because whatever bollocks they tell you the law is for…..it ain’t going to be used for that !

The thing is it’s never enforced on the right people ..... we get plagued to f*ck by d*kc heads on our land, and no one ever does f**k all, partly due to the potential ramifications. But you can bet your bottom dollar if I take my dogs out for a walk across some ground that’s keepered, I will get descended on. I’m sick of every c*nt , Covid promised so much and delivered so little.
