totally disagree with you, when i came down here i had already bought a country cottage in skinners bottom, not knowing the cottage are the surrounding area,i was lucky that the farmer next door was one of the most experianced lurcher folk i had ever met,and you proberly heard and new him, stanly carpenter.......i got out of my truck that tuesday and the 76 yr old with a walkin stick 2 lurchers and endless terriers met me,after talking for some 10 minutes he saw my 2 26 inch dh collie ghs pointed his stick and said what have you got them for,i told hiw and he said.....i was wasting my time with them dogs as to the size of the fields now he was right by god many a night 5 and 6 with them dogs but not the numbers i am used to now,so even one of the most experianced lurcher folk down here tells you small dogs and you still disagree, ive offered you endless times to have a lamp and you never take me up dont be ashamed mush its all fun, mark

your right about these small dogs mate my dog is 23 inch and will catch more rabbits than any bull cross or any other big type of lurcer i have been out with and do the same job on a red rat. they all have big dogs around my area but you cant beat small dogs in small fields on the bunnies. dont mean to afend anyone :D:thumbs:

It wasn't because of what they did to my jeep , i was only thinking of selling one as shes not that big and your right she was young 7-8 months. But it was you who wanted her then and i was down your place at the time, maybe you liked her as shes small.

Mark I remember as he (Tony) also phoned me up and they must of been more than a year old then as it was the end of the summer.
