I always go "tut tut tut tut tut tut " (you get the picture). They will hopefully associate this sound with food and it makes it easier, IMO to get them to come out of a hole etc. Quote Link to post

andy s410c 61
All i did with my 2 was to put them in small sets,in/out holes to get them used to purse nets, locator collars, etc before they went to work properly after there first contact with rabbits they seemed to grow up & become all serious when on the job. Also i never tried to grab them out of the hole entrance just let them do their own thing for a while i think it just comes naturally to 99.9% of ferts to work however im sure there may be the odd case Quote Link to post
Guest Bigbob
When there kitts the kids play with them in the garden with bits of pipes ,and if my kids dont bother them i reckon they will take to work okay and no be sulkers or bother about the noise laying nets getting rabbits out of nets etc Quote Link to post
