I left the house in may to see how the dogs were getting on wi the bullock carcass I left them in February 0

i open the tin drain em....then dry them........

Still growing think I will harvest some tomorrow or the next day.

Tried a few Mushroom kits in the past. Got an Oyster Mushroom kit on the go but not mushrooms yet. The Lions Mane is defiantly the easiest and fastest kit I have used to date.

Yeah it is a bit different. Texture is soft and sort of fluffy but well tasty.
