davey crocket 37
Interesting , only them that bred them would know I suppose. More a Sealyham type I’d say be nigh on impossible to find genuine working sealy. Just curious if anyone around the white dogs in Ireland ever had success with Glenn’s instead bulls mixed in. 1 Quote Link to post

I was digging with SB when the 1st selyham came over to him...he was an old dog and I went out and dug to him with the men,...he was used on sb's line after that, 1 Quote Link to post

The Fields 23
Lee remember buying a terrier late 80s early 90s ,big dopey looking dog ,that everybody laughed at , supposed to be half glen , two seasons I got outta of em ,where he hit his game you normally dug him , very rare we had to dig 2 or 3 holes to em , wish I had him in the kennels now . Had dogs 30 odd years ago, that's what is say they were. (My cousins got 2 pups from somewhere in North cork(I think freemount)-one was like a Russell coloured glen, the other one looked like a tiny Irish terrier. I used the small 1 over a bitch I had -1 pup came out like a fullbred Glen of imaal- was a good worker too . Quote Link to post
