Yeah, customer has got what they wanted, a level garden, they had 3 or 4 others round to price the job but they all said they couldn’t have it level, 300 ton of backfill, a retaining wall and 40 ton of top soil shows they can have it as they want. If people just cut a few Holes at the bottom of the fence panels an gate they'd be fine. It's because there spending more time on road sides now an venturing to find open gardens that gets them killed.
