Yeh your hands are in a neutral position so it's easier to grip...also the handles are slightly higher than an Olympic bar would be with Olympic plates on...so your starting position is slightly higher...but using that bar is really a back exercise hardly get much stimulation in the legs with it Quote Link to post Share on other sites
