Cheers Arry

Honestly mate, I've never seen such a state... loads of trades all at it and just throwing crap around... no labourer on site but even so you'd clean up your own areas at least.. like I say I'm only there a few days, it's one I didn't want at all but felt obliged to price...I should know better by now lol

The boring bit of the job doing the monthly checks and as Christmas looses us about two weeks thought I would get them done this week so doing my rounds and spotted a bit of movement in the bramble patch behind the home first thought it was a Fox then a little munti buck popped out for a graze  surprising how you can be staring straight at the little feckers when they are motionless and not see anything interesting little things

Spent the last 2 days , cutting out the bricks and removing the insulation they pumped in the cavity before we bought the place .... it's been causing damp downstairs in the living room🙄 had a quote for 4 k.....not paying for something I can sort out myself....few holes and some drainage rods, hooked it out and bagged up,few days of circulation to dry out the walls ...then brick them back up Tuesday....get a price off the renderers on site to come render the lot then 👍DSC_5467.JPG.a95bb1a2409be0ebda0f13b8050ffab3.JPGDSC_5465.JPG.e54c0e9a9fa72e45a7b24160840abcbe.JPGDSC_5466.JPG.e5959593a20d163ba29ad80d528150c4.JPGDSC_5468.JPG.b92429a0b360cc85d20bb007d0b587bc.JPGDSC_5464.JPG.09f8a90cfb7802227afaa158d080d66a.JPG
