How much are those cages?

We pay about £75 each, them in the picture are metre cube and they are 5mm gauge wire because the standard 3mm are crap, these are what the environment agency use

Made thousands of them fecking things all along the Avon at Bradford on Avon .Filled with old bricks they were ,well faced then crap behind .

Did you get the proper corner pieces Stav .

There’s no corners on this one, it’s just 8 in a row, it’s more of a decorative thing, it’s not holding anything back, we did a big one on the river leven and we were following a plan, with corners and stacks, by day 2 my grinder was out and I cut them up and made them myself, how anyone can do a plan without being able to put them in is beyond me

I see blokes wire tying the things and taking forever .Get a few inline and pass the wire under and over the lid stitching as you go ,roll over repeat .

I don’t use the wire now, I use the spirals, it takes minutes to put them together, it could be a right ball ache stitching them together especially when step stacking
