Pulled and poured some footings a few months ago in Bristol, private site 3 houses next to a school...didn't know this but apparently you have to be 25 m away from an active sett to build? There was a lady out with listening devices checking them daily, they had dug out and settled under an old concrete shed base...left them there to craic on..the sett was on the boundary line👍DSC_6216.JPG.3ed38a6ad3970caab5e63d74a04c7c77.JPG

Customer got them from somewhere...you have to  drill through and attach both handles together with the coupler screws through the door,I wouldn't rely on 4 little pissy grub screws😁👍

Took my youngest boy fishing the other day ...the little spot is not much more than a puddle in one of the drainage ditches that surrounds our village...but I kept seeing some good sized fish in it that I couldn't identify...about 5inch long...so with just a sized 18hook and a few maggots we caught about 11l.... 8 little chub...and 3 minows

Any sticklebacks mate I don't seem to see many these days when years ago the streams were full of them around here.

Cheers. Might have thought it was just my area that seems to be devoid of them.

I haven’t seen a stickleback in ages used to have a couple in my pond at home smart watching them build there nest when they go red in spring
