Right,got this blue-collar work sussed.My mate said do you want to do a lock job,I was going to go for a rack of lamb at guy Ritchies pub for lunch so I said no,he said I would be doing him a favour so off I went,easy Peasy £150 for 45 minutes work,popped the locks and replaced the two euro-cylinders,and someone must have been squatting in there at some time?

Fence finished, as always the job got bigger when I started, full length of the garden and a full length laurel hedge with a few cherry trees to break it up

A disgrace the way it has been allowed to deteriorate. Repairs starting next week, closed to 1 lane each way for 2 years! I wouldn't be surprised if it never fully re-opens. Bus lanes and cycle paths will probably be created. They closed the High Level for maintenance work some years ago and then declared that it wasn't structurally sound enough for a high volume of traffic, just buses, taxis and bicycles. Strange that, buses being heavier than cars like
