Lol Around 9 months work for us on the first phase...took my lad in today to help me chuck the ridge liner through...put 100m of membrane Valley gutter in yesterday and 100m of ridge today...back in the office tomorrow ..give the back a break! Will look smart when its finished...its mental busy still!! No doubt costs have gone up, fuel, electricity, gas plus interest rates effecting borrowing but not rewarding savers is a scam... But rates are good, there's tons of work...the cottages have been booked flat out all summer, so still people spending....
