Looking at these pics you boys put up I'm so glad I don't have to do physical labour anymore....my nails break just thinking about it ?

Can’t your manicurist fix it?

After spitting my dummy out and saying I'm finished with organised fieldsports I've now, somehow, got the lease on a massive shoot.

Spent the afternoon filling a few feeders, getting electric fence set up and having a mooch around

Landed on our feet really with everything from pens to keepers sheds all ready to go. Plenty of maintenance needing doing as last year's keeper was well known for being bone idle. The keeper before him was spot on though so all the bones of it are there.

Good luck dido...you ran a terrier through that spot??

No...the previous keeper was hard on the foxes so I'd like to see a litter around....prove there's more to keepering than driving around with night vision shooting every one ?

I would sooner have some sport using the dogs than rifling them...good on you?

Back where I built the kids play area today, to clear some ground for a concrete pad for an outdoor kitchen, he was quoted £350 to take a tree down but then there was confusion over the TPO’s on the site, anyway it took me an hour ( lol )

Hard work this lad, showed where he wants the pad, told him it want to be square to the building, no, he says I want it square to the decking, but the decking isn’t square I said, he’s said it’s the building that’s not square ( lol ) what am I working with here ( it wants to be where the board are but he wants it where the shuttering is)
