It’s secured with fence posts on the corners and joints, then I use 150mm and 200mm decking screws to fasten it all together from the inside so you can’t see anything ?

Was on a site after the last recession and all the managers of a big brickwork contractor had been on the tools and built a house… we got carted round to be amazed at there craftsman ship!

I pulled the cnuts to pieces picking out all the cockups and asked if they wanted to rough our stuff up so it didn’t stand out??

Been some amount of work in this one, architect had a field day the twat!

Pretty much every type of industrial roofing and cladding detail on one job, to finish off hand pressed wall panels with extruded, tapered aluminium reveals.... in orange!

The silver infill panels below window are bespoke made aluminium casings, we had to design and draw for fabrication....

Architects don't have to fix it, only draw it!!

Thanks mate, been at it for over 25 years now... so I'm sick of looking at it and learning about it! Lol.

Hell of a lot of detail in this one, my brother fitted the hand rolled and orange aluminium... we use a set of rollers and break press on site to make each sheet individually, its a long/tedious process, but looks really good...not many about our way that do it...

My lad and my brothers daughter both laboured on this job, she is at Uni srudying medicine and he is going college in  September to do A levels in sciences... hopefully they stay off the buildings! Lol
