But then the smoochers members moaned so much that it was decided to set up a new site with his blessing. I reckon Moocher had it right the first time round. smoochers is the best known of all the hunting sites and has always had the most bitching and antis on it. Hunting Life is the ONLY site which is open to view by the public and allthough I myself have questioned the idea of this a few times, Im now of the opinion that its very admirable that the site is public in this current climate, as its quite a brave stand to make, and I think the fact that anyone can view the site also helps keep the members level headed. Bitchy threads dont do hunting any good as all they do is give fuel to the antis fire, if they see us as a bunch of folk fighting amongst ourselves we appear a weaker "target" to them. But if we appear sensible and united we appear strong. No site is immune from antis but I think this one has a lot less of it than some other sites. I agree with you about the name though, it was a poor choice if it creates bad feeling between the two. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
