Use voltage meter jig the middle of the female plug is positive hense the fuze the outside is negative  usually on lamps are the same always check for a good meter can show a broken cable to it's not rocket science the switch will be on positive to always metor lithuim you only get one chance it will bend the cells unlike acid batterys

Are these batteries marketed as wireless power to your lamp? With an adapter?

No they're only wireless charging for smartphones ... My lamp still has cig lighter end on so plugs straight in

There's a cig lighter port on it,there's 2 USB ports and a phone charger port,and a a wireless charging area on the top of it,there's roughly 25 to 30 charges of your phone from it.....so a good job I reckon
