Nah Kenny,seen a vid or two couple year ago,but not my thing.

I'm going by experience,I was on the keto a while back,an felt great,then I fell at work,diagnosed with torn ligament at hip,went back to hospital an got MRI,two f****d discs in back ffs,an iv been eating carbs for the last few months,an my digestion an energy are shite

Yes an no greb,I want to go down the rabbit hole on fiber,is it really essential,just wanted to find out how others

Question for you though, if it was that great why didn't you stick with it?

Fad diets are just that, cos realistically they're not sustainable.

Usual everyday carbs,fruit veg,rice,potatoes etc

No it's not essential as you can't suffer from a fibre deficiency as far as I know but I'd say it is a benefit to one's diet.

I fell at work in January an couldn't feed myself,wash myself f**k all so had to eat what I was cooked.

It's not a fad diet I dont think,what did are ancestors eat before farming?

That's what I'm thinking mate, if it's not essential then how does it benefit,cause we cant digest it,we cant get f**k all out of it,just feels like a jammed colon,I can walk again now so il be back on the keto,I'm thinking I'm going to go full carnivore an try it.

I retire to my pit when I'm good n ready at my time of life I do what suits me  . Now then afore I retire I stick a large portion of tuna pasta in the microwave cos I can guarantee I will be up in the night to empty my bladder so I stick the microwave on and devour the pasta then put comes the strawberries n cream. Two spoonfuls of sugar over a dish full of strawberries with lashings of double cream.  It dunna stop. There but I won't go on I'm driving missen mental ?
