That's what I'm thinking mate, if it's not essential then how does it benefit,cause we cant digest it,we cant get f**k all out of it,just feels like a jammed colon,I can walk again now so il be back on the keto,I'm thinking I'm going to go full carnivore an try it. Now then afore I retire I stick a large portion of tuna pasta in the microwave cos I can guarantee I will be up in the night to empty my bladder so I stick the microwave on and devour the pasta then put comes the strawberries n cream.
