Fiber good or bad?

Saying we cant digest fiber,where does that leave us with veggies?(excuse the pun)

When I ate alot of fiber,my stomach got bloated,an very gassy,I tend not to eat veggies anymore,because if we cant digest it,that means we cant absorb anything out of it,so it's pointless.

Fiber ain't all its cracked up to be.

I dont think there even is an essential carb?

Carbs are just sugar,an that's it,toxic to the body.

See that's the thing rusty,fiber bloated me an constipated me,it cant be digested.

What carbs are essential,an which do you think are right carbs?

I was at my leanest an strongest when I had very little carbs,no constipation at all,it was great.

These veggies we eat these days are hybrids,modified,man made if you will,an full of oxalates.

All carbs digest into sugar,sugar is toxic to our bodies,ketones is the way forward.

Yeah some peoples bodies react different,but I think your bodies giving up,because the fuel source your using is carbs/sugar,which is known to put you up an down in energy.

Your using glucose for energy,which has no nutrients,spiked insulin alert lol

Your last sentence rusty,if I'm eating 2000 calories in a day,an it's all carbs,do you not think they'd be a difference if you ate just protein an good fats rusty?

Yes, if you eat too much of it.

What do you think would happen if you only ate one sugar cube a day? ?
