.22 ZAN slugs

Ordered 1000  of the new .22 ZAN slugs over the weekend , arrived this morning . Brilliant once again by probably the best slug manufacturer out there .

can’t wait to go down to my yard indoor range  to zero these in then try them out to 150 yards , see if they are any better than H&N slugs

As my new Wildcat in .22 has a Superior liner, for the first time, I just might have a gun suitable for these little babies.  It should be here either this week or next week so where do I get them from Mitch.

What speeds do they need to be doing to get the best from them and what they like out of cz Barrels ?

Cheers Mitch.  are the ones you have been using the cast slugs or swaged slugs not that I know the difference.  I take it they are only available from the factory although not sure where they are.

Phil send me your address I will send a few 21gr H&N and I will see how many of the ZAN slugs I have left after the weekend. 
At the moment H&N slugs are hard to beat , but by all accounts these ZAN slugs are far better

It will be interesting to see how these perform in .22, I’ve had good results with 21 grain h&n and 26 grain jsb knockout. I also have some 30 grain h&n but haven’t tried them yet.

I've not tried the Zane in 22 yet, but the nsa .22 26grs in my wildcat at 1010fps are unreal, very little difference in poi out to 120ms ona 50m zero setting. I found the .25s in the lighter grains a bit errattic  but better the nearer I got to 30 gr.

That would be nice out the cricket would be pushing it tune wise like but should just about get there
