242,000 views for a sunderland roundabout, when I was a kid people who slept in bushes and got pissed were called tramps, now they are called stealth-campers ?

Look at the size of the feckin rucksack! If you are stealth camping you don't need all that stuff. And what is the point of choosing to sleep in a shit hole?

A lot of the bushcraft vids are laughable. They are five yards from their cars or set up in someone's garden. I used to come across them all the time. A hammock or tarp strung up alongside a country road with their car in sight. Pointless!

Ant survive the night

Better editing, content, nice pleasant character, but the guy from sunderland gets thousands of times more views for getting pissed in a bush ?

Yeah he's a decent enough bloke. And his accent isn't American! I just hate "hey guys" as an opening gambit ?

Looks grand Zandy mate... Thanks for posting the pics.

Any Golden Eagles kicking about up there??

Funny you should say that, couple weeks ago a mate and me coming down from a summit camp about 8am and this huge bird glided passed us about 20m in front at eye level with crows and ravens flying around it but not mobbing it, I seen a satellite tag on its back and nearly pissed my pants with excitement, my mate argued it was a buzzard to which I informed him that they just don’t satellite tag buzzards… Few miles further on we bump into a local farmer, having a bit chat about dogs and adders when above us were 2 buzzards calling, my mate mentions to the farmer of our sighting earlier on and that he thinks it’s a buzzard he saw and me a Golden Eagle, well the farmer kindly informed us we of just how lucky and fortunate we were to have seen a juvenile Golden Eagle in the Cheviot hills/Borders and that 2 were satellite tagged and released about a year ago…

Something so special to witness, a Golden Eagle in Northumberland…

Couple months ago I seen a male Hen Harrier when walking down from a camp but the GE was just amazing.

Excellent that matey!! Lucky you eh. There's been a couple knocking about recently in the Lakes too this summer. Lets hope they're establishing territories and might even breed in England in the near future...?

Hi guys , bit of a long shot , but I’m due to imminently move to the plains of my people and have heard rumours of a firemonger of weapons ??
He is said to be a purveyor of the uks finest steel tomohawks and one of the last true dwarf weapon masters
if anyone can point me in the right direction , I’d be greatly pleased

I want to purchase a pair of boots for the colder weather, I do a lot of walking, and some trekking about the hillsides and trails. I do not want "winter boots" but rather boots that would be suitable for a cold day, but would work with layers of socks rather than thick heavy boots. Several people have told me Meindl is an excellent brand, and that is great, but what kind ? Hiking ? Walking ? Do they make them that they would serve the purpose mentioned above ? Any specifics to look for in a boot for this purpose ?
      Thank you in advance,
      Lynn

Sorry gentlemen to bother you, but I have come to my wits end. My neighbour across the way lets her dog roam as it please when it comes to shitting and urination, she is too lazy to actually take the dog out herself. He seems to have taken to my property and a certain area just under my bedroom window. I do not want to hurt the dog for the sake of her ignorance, but I do very much need to stop him from doing it any longer. The grass and  the shrubs are dying and turning brown and the flowers are just rank with smell that floats up through my bedroom window.
He is a VERY OVERWEIGHT beagle and leaves behind some damn good deposits.
I am wondering short of doing something stupid, what can I do to deter the dog from that area or any patches of garden I have? I plan to go to the council about the problem, and lay some of it on the town manager who is an acquaintance of mine, but in the meantime, any tricks out there to make my flowers and bushes unsavoury.
      Thank you in advance,
      Lynn
