We (me, the missus and our daughter) take care of our own affairs. We help friends, family and those around us but, that's it.

 .......... we don't do any national charities, only the local ones. We help the local school. We check in on senile doris down the road.

 ........... we have an effect where we can.

 

There's no point trying to do much more nowadays because there's always someone or some company looking to take and turn a profit from you.

 

Like Socks said - we see government ministers mixing at the G7, acting like nothings going on yet, old Boris screwed everyone's Christmas plans on the 23rd December for something that has a better than 99% survival rate.

 

Well sod that - I'll just crack on as I am. Keep working hard while I'm able, to make sure that me and mine are ok.

 

Just to add - this isn't a 'f**k you' to anyone, I just don't see what else you can do.

There you have it, don’t feel bad mate, there’s millions and millions with exactly the same thought process.

As a people we have taken a 70 year kicking and the vast majority have simply given up hope.

Many of those who retained some hope, not even hope, more a dream that we could once again be some semblance of the nation we once were have come to the realisation that it can never come true with that tsunami of apathy across the nation.

Some lads still dream that dream but lads like me just bugged out, the apathy infected us too.

We are all as bad as each other in that respect.

i could bore on and on more than I already have done but what’s the point........it’s all at where it’s at.......only utter catastrophe can change our course now imho

I wonder what our generations legacy will be ?

Will we be remembered as the generation that built things ?

That cared for things ?

That made solid foundations for those that followed ? 
 

Will we be remembered as moral people ?......good people ?

Have we been stewards of our birthright ? 

Or, will we be remembered as the generation that allowed our capital city to be over taken by 3rd world parasites ?

The generation that promoted extinction of our blood line?

The generation that said “Don’t care about anything because it’s stupid” 

If only we could come back and see what historians make of it all or what our great, great, great grandchildren say about us ?

America has proved that doing away with masks makes no difference to the viral load of the population FACT …..

Don't you think the vaccine programme has had any bearing on that though?

Not really as Texas and Florida did away with masks before the vaccination programme actually got going properly.
