to be honest  i didnt sighn any contract  i just had a gentlemans agreement i wouldnt breed to a lurcher  , but nothing in writing  , but yes  alot want a writen contract

There not sprinters 

They're not even faster than a dog over 2 mile, I reckon many antelope will out run a hare as well.

Ok, well this sort of goes back to what I said on here a few years ago.  I said that the british bred salukis, the successful coursing dogs, would surely be better coursing dogs than c o o salukis, as the european brown hare is bigger, stronger and more athletic, so therefor correspondingly harder to catch,  than the hares that are native to the countries that the saluki is from.

Fastest UK mammal mate nothing outrun a Saluki over 2 mile mate 

I'm sure a read hare was fastest mamal over 2 mile but I know no mammal outrun a saluki
