I seen Lenny run once in person he caught 4 and my bitch the sister to him caught 3, they weren’t the best of hares tbh where we where but was a good day out, another dog out of buddy also caught 4 and drew with Lenny, it was a buddy puppy comp all dogs in it were out of buddy from 2 litters

might have got that wrong then....some of the doo's i have been to roll in to one event....yeh i remember the name packer ..i was deffo at a puppy comp...and i do recall it being from two different litters ..but all brother and sisters...

i also remember one run in particular ....it was lean featherd animal....very saluki looking most of the others looked alike that dog/bitch i forget ..ran one over a road and on to neighbouring land....and the landowner wasnt happy ...but tom smoothed it over....i think it killed it over there...

It must of been the day I was there, that feathered dog was Keelan’s out of my litter, I remember the farmer speaking to Keelan and then Tom running over to sort it out

To me matching is bollocks anyway, no two hares are the same and neither are the runs. 

Doesn't really take a match to prove how good a dog is IMO.

Some lads will ask 5k 10k a match but that's just pricing yourself out you go up they wont slip keep money down slip then its up to dogs mate
