I dare bet that dog could kill them anywhere. An old mate of mine put the stamina packed caithness dogs into his breeding dogs that were just like strong looking whippets I know one of them could have been running in the Forley 2000 but it was decided on the toss of a coin after drawing with a lad who had paid thousands for his bitch that went through to the competition.

Tommy McPhee's Ruby?He took us for a few nights out when we took our dogs up there in the 1980's,i think a couple of his dogs were sold in England, they were machines, very fast lampers.

A few lads from Rotherham went up their mate and bought dogs out of his breeding my last hare dog bred down from these and out of PN Beast was a decent dog.

we’re we are going it’s already rape winter wheat mate no stubble to plow or plough even 

it’s not even 2nd week a january there not even pairing up here yet be a month before that i recon it still frosts nearly ever morning mate

Tbf it's been more frosty down near Nottingham than here in the morning, been nice up here today with sun out.
