I try to eat a lot of pears and berries as they’re not only particularly full of micronutrients they have a lot of fibre. I usually have banana in place of strawbs though. Known for their antioxidant properties. i havent ...but im sure i remember reading the thing thats in turmeric thats good for you.....you need a shit ton of....curcumin i think its called....so folk sometimes think cos they use it in cooking its good for them ..but in reality there not having enough of the active ingredient....so best to check that its got plenty of the good stuff in it 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I have never bothered with any supplements tbh and still have memories of my mother forcing a spoonful of cod liver oil down my gullet as a nipper that now makes me gip if i get a taste of it now though i know think i need to start taking something for aching joints that seem to be getting worse as i get older.
