They do one called mstak as well think I managed 4days on it. Used to take them before training years ago and everytime I would throw up about 20 mins later.

But I got a weak gut cant really do even protien powders without getting the shits.

Said it before the only thing that will give proper results is good old vitamin S?

Its because they carry Arginine/Caffeine/Creatine etc.....without sufficient food and water in the body they will all cause stomach upset.

f****n funny these threads.....plutonium,microwaves,heart attacks..........geezer only asked about a multivit tab ?

Now now be fair, socks works 36hr days 465 days a year on nothing but the tears of his inferiors. It’s understandable if he needs a multivitamin once in his life to get him through the next century wh

I know it's often easier said than done and sometimes we must take advantage if working in a famine or feast type industry but cutting down on hours worked will do a man far more good than any amount

Good for you....no idea how old you are but as someone else said they also do a " Stak " one which is a basic testosterone boost so if you are over 40 and test is slipping ive heard plenty of folk say they have done well on it i think its a 1 month cycle.....all the best.

Thanks mate 34 at the min so maybe in a few years lol, I’ve had 4 girls in a row with the mrs so probably a bit low ?

Or just go on TRT which will definitely do the trick???

Packed up smoking 3 years ago.

Put on a belly now but I have not kicked a ball in 15 months.

Prior to that I was playing twice a week.

Add to the mix I enjoy cooking and eating and have been sat round on my arse for wayyyy too long then it’s all a bad combination.

Still, just found a vets team and will start playing again so that will motivate me to sort a bit of the rest out.

Anybody use them ? At 52 I’m thinking I may need to take some. Work is through the roof at the moment and I’m working seven days a week up to 16 hours a day. Not all manual but hours sat behind a computer is no fun. In the last month I’ve had shingles (never had them before) and now that they’ve gone I’ve got a cold which I never get so I’m thinking maybe I need a little something extra. I don’t really eat processed food but I’m shit at remembering to eat fruits. So does anybody use them and if so which ones and do they work ??? ......

Body shock after finally doing some proper graft.... thought you were a bit tougher than that mate...

I can never get on with stak and pack , what I’ll say is that there is absolutely no point at all in putting anything in if your not doing the hard yards first .

a month training and getting into a routine will set a good line in the sand to move off from rather than pow get those strippers in me and sit watching game of thrones expecting to look like deadpool after a week

in that order ...   eating the right food plays a big part in it i was at some sports diet seminar a few year back most of it went over my head  but eating the right food at the right times of the day plays a big part in the way our bodies function cant remember the ins n outs -- but eating  say banana 4 times a week is better than getting certain vit tablets down ya ..

I have a banana every morning about half seven then a mug of green tea about half 9 before I hit bed at 10.00 am.

That's work days, then on days off I have a gallon of so of ale every night ?

Cheers, D.
