Out a walk, yet again. Good to see the deer with their young.

Seen plenty splatted on the A1, roe and then mostly muntjac the further south I get.

Not a downer, means they are in good numbers. Fallow over here are reaching pest proportions in a large variety of habitats from the coast to almost desert areas.

Don't think we see the numbers other parts of the country do, but here in the middle of the English midlands there's been a noticeable increase in munties and a few more roe over past few years. Rabbit numbers also looking promising this year.
