Does anyone know what his other stud dog's are like? I am thinking of breeding my pure kelpie bitch shortly and am considering using either his greyhound dog or the 3/4 greyhound 1/4 whippet dog he has....................has anyone used either of these dog's ? any info appreciated

Thanks

Mike

I'll take some tmrw and TRY and put them up, he's very much different to Boy Blue in structure. He's White and please no-one take the pxxs but he's called Vincent, I took him to a few summer shows last year so his name may ring a bell with a few people? :hmm:

I bought him from nr London as at the time there wasn't any first x in my area, can't remember his dams name but she was the whippet and the chap that bred them used her mainly as a lamping/moaching/racing dog, his sire's name was minature hero believed to run at Walthamstow til an injury.

i spoke to Dave a few weeks ago, and he comes across as a genuine, knowledgeable, honest person, we had a lengthy conversation about his dogs, he as three stud dogs, Boy Blue, and a whippet greyhound what is 60 percent greyhound 40 percent whippet, which he says is about 26 inch, and a greyhound which stands at 27.5 inches, which he rates very highly, he as all his dogs on video working for people to see, and they all retreive, you have nothing to lose, give the bloke a ring. regards collie john.

Just a quick note: If any-one is interested in Blue Boy You would be better speaking to Dave Sleight JR because he owns the dog not Dave SR and knowing them both very well I know they've fell! Big time. Dave jrs missus also keeps a dog out off boy blue which is much smaller, more like a whippet, they Stud that out aswell.

I know he got the Greyhound given, it's about 6 years old now, Big black thing. He had it with him when I had a cal with him at Midland 07. The Greyhound has had 2 names in the past which I did know but can't remember either, it's definatley out of the Droopy's or Honcho stuff. I asked about the dog when speaking to a few greyhound men I know, they say in the dogs day it was a very good dog.
