Thats how I do one of mine ,shed have yer if she wasn't muzzled and tied as she hates her nails being touched but its got to be done as Rd work ain't anufe .they only peed of until its over

Got a nail grinder and soon as its turned on my lot bolt for the door .

If a dog don't like getting nails clipped karnt see them liking grinder but you can shape the nails better but that's if you get near them lol

I shape/cut nails at a 45degree angle from the ground. Dog puts its own lip stick on
