New ferret finders

Does anyone know any more about the new ferret finders coming out to replace the deben stuff, how they are going to work, when they will be coming out and if they will work with the old collars?

There’s a post on Nelson’s net loft on Facebook from October saying new ferret finders have been made with a few improvements watch this space make of it what you will atb BB

I saw that. Spoke to him a whole about them and the impression I got was that the new versions wouldn’t work with the old ones as it’s a totally different idea - which is a pain

So who owns the new locators? Is it a legit set up with customer care and a repair department? will there be a warranty on them? Deben had a whole lot of problems  with the mk3 boxes and collars which I believe led to financial  difficulties that discontinued  sales.

don't know what's going on with Nelson. his net loft closed in April with immediate effect. opening early may...... its still closed.

From what I can gather he spends more time in hospital than out mate

hope he is on the mend. had a couple of traditional nets off him always a pleasure to deal with.
