mackem 26,261
I saw a Louis Vuitton travel case from the days of long boat voyages over a century old today, touched the handles and wondered it’s journeys, worth 10’s of 1000’s of pounds (Alongside its modern counterpart).
eastcoast 4,115
Not in true context with the thread, out of place as just lazily acquired mass produced prints but I like them. I like the artist, Paul Lovering. Got the Marilyn Monroe one today.

eastcoast 4,115
Not acquired but seen today. There's a tiny antique centre directly across from one of our current projects and I often pop in for a nose around. My knowledge of antiques and collectables is restricted to watching Bargain Hunt and Dickinson's Real Deal. Appealed more for the deer and dogs aspect than any Art Nouveau credentials. Seemed ligit though. MFL pewter c.1906. Not rare, a quick Google search found the same ranging from £160 to £450. £225 price on the one I seen today. I wont be buying it but enjoyed finding and looking at it. Edited July 25 by eastcoast WMF not MFL
eastcoast 4,115
I also found this, more befitting to my working class Oik status

Greyman 28,198
Just emptying the next house to go up for sale and found these don’t think they have any real value but I liked them and thought they would look nice on the boat
