As long as I'm adding weight I will see progress, it's surprising how many people don't even track what they're doing. Was going to say stick with it greb. Whole body workouts are more effective/efficient than using split routines. You could try alternating a couple of different whole body routines, using just 3 - 4 exercises per workout.
