Was going to say stick with it greb.  Whole body workouts are more effective/efficient than using split routines.

You could try alternating a couple of different whole body routines, using just 3 - 4 exercises per workout.  I found that better, personally, as I wasn't just doing exactly the same exercises week after week.

Felt fresh to be honest , a lot less bloated with no starchy potatoes and pasta to fill your plate with   , use salad a lot more which has been good to mix the meat up with .    we have adapted
