I started feeling old way before my time with aches an pains an was tired all the time I started getting a bit of a gut on me an a pair of moons I’ve been eating clean since January I started out by jogging once a week with the dog it progressed to Monday,Wednesday,Friday evening.in the last month ive started doing a bit with weights as well an quit smoking even notices ive got some pretty handy skills in the kitchen cookingThe moobs are going the fat pack is going I can nearly see the outline of a pack of 6 an a v a coming 3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
