Grafters diet.

bunch of fannys the lot of ya....oh my back aches ...oh my tendon feels a bit tight...jesus .get a grip and train through it like normal men...lol

just warm up with lots of light weight ..get some blood in there...

my rotators are not good specialy the left...which means i bench like a girl  now...my tendonitis in my elbows dont help either so now i wrap my elbows with knee wraps whilst benching heavy for me....my left knee is dodgy as f**k as well ...

just got to keep moving

Not much of a sneak mate...he took out 3 tents and ended up in the pond on his 100 yard stagger to bed!! Lol

As far as cold storage goes a decent coolbox with a frozen water bottle in it, it will give you a fridge anywhere for 5 days. I use a Coleman xtreme, took it on a 5 day river wye canoe trip in the bla

Felt fresh to be honest , a lot less bloated with no starchy potatoes and pasta to fill your plate with   , use salad a lot more which has been good to mix the meat up with .    we have adapted

All these new fad  diets are a load of old bollocks and impossible for anyone to stick to for any serious amount of time and as soon as you come off them your body is gunna hold on to everything its been craving for however long its not been getting it.Its not rocket science to loose weight.Cut out the shit,refined sugars etc.Eat sensible sized portions and do plenty of exercise.

Lad who I'm working with down here has got on that MuscleFood plan, it's only 50 bar a week so I'm going to give it a bash. 

I know you could do it yourself for much cheaper but much more convenient when working long shifts in the week.

eat less move more is a very sensible approach but what you will find in 99 percent of cases is that with the moving more , people will compensate the calories burned into a equilibrium of eating . 
 

“I’ve done an extra 2000 steps today so I can have that cornetto tonight “ type sketch . 
 

running is the worst for that as you feel the need to eat before and afterwards more than you would say a resistance session 

having a defined eating plan aids and underpins any training . 
 

somplest really is a good diary . Simply write down what you intended to eat and what you actually did and try to stay as close as possible .

i been loosing weight since crimbo...nice and steady...2 stone down.....

last week had a week working away....put up in a hotel breakfast and evening meal....3 courses of course...lol

to be fair that was as well.....toast ..cereal...full english..oh and yogurt....so 4 course...

im not sure mate....it might be on the cards but i just dont know where we will be with everything thats going on....we would like to go away to spain if poss...

that said the mrs did say just yesterday shall we go down to the comp again this year....we all enjoyed it....and of course with Johnny passing it would be nice to be down and raise a glass to him....
