And guys that smoke drink and eat pure fat . I’ve known a lot of fit guys die or have strokes or Cancer in their 50s / early 60s . And guys that eat , drink , smoke what they want live long lives . Life my friends is a lottery , our bodies are an amazing engine . You can , with a good wholesome lifestyle live a lot longer.... but is it worth it ? I’ve heard the expression, I would rather live one day as a lion than 100 years as a mouse .
