That would mean a lay in dopey, I usually work all through the night, cos some of us actually earn our wage? not wait for signals an saftey reports an the okay from our gaffers, we just crack in an get jobs done, Monday fcukkng mornings ?? don’t know your born son ?

Do you think the railway work stops at night, while you are sat tossing it we are out in all weather putting our neck on the line so those trains keep running.

When we are on it it's flat out 8 days a week, different gravy than being a cow midwife. ?

I agree its a sign of the times unfortunately....before the internet most of us lads in gyms had all the energy and motivation to train but no knowledge....today lads have all the knowledge in the world but need help with energy and motivation !

I put a few quid into a supplement company years ago but pulled out when i realised the market was about to become flooded with supplement companies, normal everyday bods think they're not training properly if they only eat real food these days.

Agree about the knowledge these days,a fella I'm familiar with is very up on his scientific side of training, and nutrition and all the rest of it but just seems to struggle to graft and diet as much as others,no doubt some of what he says is likely waffle, but there's no doubt he knows what he's on,but like you say has a motivation issue

I'm not too familiar with supplements anyway,no doubt some have their merit, but take a back seat to a proper food diet that suits your body type,I will say though that creatine would be one of the ones I'd take it if I was going to take one

Greb

Whats your usual role on track

Bit of everything, started out at the bottom in a gang.

Not one of these who's that shit scared of a shovel they wanted every ticket under the sun before they'd been on track two minutes.
