There is something very similar in a massive garden I look after for the pest control. It’s half hidden behind bushes and on my first visit there my bitch nearly nailed it .......

Perhaps someone downsizing as it looks a bit random having a statue that big in such a small area.

Surprised the snowflake neighbours haven't complained to the Council.

See he has CCTV (although the cameras are mounted too high for a facial shot), but would have thought it would have been better in the back garden in any event. Would have made an excellent lawn centre piece. Despite the CCTV, I predict a poor fate for this stag.
