masmiffy 82 Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 Gotta depend on couple of things really. How cold it is where you hang them and how you like it to taste! We dont get cold enough weather to hang for long and I guess not many have a walk in cold room? Have hung for 10 - 12 days when used to be very cold outside then the taste is real strong. Weather we get now max 5 days or its off! My great uncle used to hang them in an outbuilding til they dropped of the hook!! They were green and bloody discusting but he like em!
