chartpolski 25,531
Just checked my lottery ticket, ( no luck, again), and I see some lucky person in the UK has won £123 million ! Got me thinking what I'd do with such a huge amount of money I live in a modest, three bed detached house that's more than enough for me and the missus, and have great neighbours who all look out for each other, so would I move ? Not sure. People say " you could travel wherever you want", I've already travelled everywhere I wanted, and still can, so that wouldn't bother me. Maybe that trip to Everest Base Camp I've allways promised myself. What about my dogs, allotments , poultry ? I get great enjoyment out of them, would I give them up and move ? Again, not sure. Cars ? Probably upgrade to a Range Rover or something like that, but not interested in "super cars", would probably kill myself ! So, what would I do with all that dosh ? Id see my family and a couple of close friends alright. Probably buy a villa in Dubai for my daughter in law and grandson and make sure they were set for life. A million each for four cancer charities; McMillians, Marie Currie, St. Oswalds, and "Daft As A Brush", a charity that transports kids with cancer and their families back and forth to hospital for their treatment. Of course, once I saw all that money in my bank, I might think completely different ! ! Its nice to dream, though ! Cheers. 2

pesky1972 5,443
I’d have a bit of fun with it no doubt, and make sure my nearest and dearest didn’t have to worry about money again and experienced a bit of luxury. I’m ‘only’ 49, not sure I’m ready for a retirement lifestyle. The thing I’ve always thought I would do if my numbers came up is set up some kind of ‘second chance’ thing for young offenders, to get them on the ‘straight and narrow’. I reckon in every generation millions of capable and resourceful young folks, who through no fault of their own are brought up in shitty environments, live a life of unfulfilled potential. I think the satisfaction of being able to give others a leg up, and watch them build a proper life for themselves, and steer clear of the crime, drugs, cemetery etc. ,would give me a bigger buzz than driving any car, or having an extra 20 rooms in my house.

Greb147 6,809
Indoor pool, snooker table, track day car & bike, pads all over the world, harem, library, take up new hobbies, skiing, twitching, karting, I'd even try a vegan diet to see if it really works.
