Lots of lovely looking munch on here gents You might have seen this earlier in the thread custom made by a Yorkshire company Meat City Smokers reverse flow baffle plates and all that and you can put the chimney on either side my son had it made took about 4/6 weeks. Borr 6,571 Posted September 5, 2021 Report Share Posted September 5, 2021 I shredded the left over brisket , had it in pittas with chopped tom and cumber salad and homemade garlic sauce/mayo. Fed six of us, very tasty, so had 11 meals so far and still enough for a few more pittas, doesn't seem as expensive now , about £3 a plate. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
