Got a brisket on this morning at 7am, hopefully ready in time for dinner. Basic rub of salt pepper paprika onion garlic and coriander....

My Mrs's record is 7 slices of bread with a pot noodle mate! We were only 21 years old and camping in Scotland. Probably explains why she isn't a size 10 anymore!!

I'm getting these on in the morning for a low and slow... Trying a light BBQ sauce as binder and rub is vegeta salt , sea salt , black pepper, smoked paprika,garlic granules, cayenne and a touch of sage and cinnamon.

i been messing about got some pork belly i have had before with these wood pellets i got tasted exactly like  walkers smokey bacon crisps identical real strong lol
