This is a stainless steel chain a metre long with a hook at each end. One end goes on collar and the other for leather handle. Or take the handle off to wrap round a fence post and clip back onto itself so the dog doesnt eat the leather.

3/4" terrier collar and chain lead. Full grain best leather nearly 5mm thick.
