Well said...I've noticed the same myself,after my daughter was attacked and filmed by a group of feral girls... When I used to deal with serious incidents on the railway people were always trying to film out of the windows or if it was platform related first thing they done was whip their phones out, my first rule always at an incident was remove the public 90% of your problems were then removed. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

One earlier this month near Glasgow where a 13 y/o girl was beaten after being rendered unconscious and it all being filmed by other kids.
