It was hard graft tats , but I loved it to be honest mate. I've worked with thousands of binmen over the years , and every single one of them say it's the hardest graft they've ever done . I've always said that I've been to more binmens funerals , than I have retirement party's. Not many of the old lads lived long enough to see a pension. This was what one of my loaders walked a couple of weeks ago.

The wife gets her council pension after doing 21 year's as a carer for the council and i am led to believe this pension a percentage of it would not go to an husband or a wife if the pension recipient died which i thinks wrong unlike my pit pension if i died our lass would get a 3rd of the monthly payment. I didn't know that tats. It might be something that I need to take a very good look at . It's a poxy job now , and I only tolerate the shite that comes with it because of the pension. Most of it is either dangerous, or makes us look like complete twats in front of the public . It's no wonder that some members of the public hate us . I f***ing well hate us some days mate .
